While every plan we offer is fully customizable to your needs, these are some examples of how other clients have used their breakdown of hours.



Client A - Life Coach

Client A (Clara) is a life coach who uses Virtual A Team mostly for social media management with some time left over for extra small projects. Here’s how her plan works out for her now that she is through the Warming Up phase.

Virtual Business Manager - 3 Hours

Meetings1 to 1.5 hours

Clara meets with her VBM every other week for 30 minutes. During this time, they review the social media key performance indicators. The VBM will share updates from the team on any areas where a pivot would be beneficial. They review the upcoming content calendar and cover any special posts she would like to have added. Finally, they discuss any additional projects that may be covered with the remaining Expert time.
