I have had the pleasure of working with Nicole and her Virtual A Team for several years. As a business owner of 30 years, I highly appreciate Nicole’s excellent and prompt customer service. This was proven by a situation which occurred a couple of months ago, an unforeseen event. Nicole not only took full responsibility in correcting the incident, she held herself accountable, an admirable trait in any circumstance. I was impressed. Much work was required on both her and I, however, much was learned, corrected and improved, and now our working relationship is even better.
