The Empowerment retreat is a 5-day immersive and experiential program running from August 30 – September 3, 2024. It supports participants to more fully embody their capacities as coaches and live aligned with their deeper sense of purpose. The experiential group and individual activities include powerful listening practices, ritual and myth in coaching practice, mindfulness practices, somatic and embodied learning opportunities, conversations with the wild and several nature-based practices and games all built around competency-based coaching skills. These activities and practices can open powerful doors for coaches to be able to engage their clients more effectively and effortlessly in their sessions.

While the retreat is dedicated to reconnecting with self, others, and the land, ample time is made for embodying learning and growth, we allow plenty of space for fun, play, relaxation and reconnection.
