While a lot of fun, these exercises mimic the dynamics of real-life negotiations.  This allows you to “catch your energy in action” and transform your default responses to challenges in real time.

You’ll learn to lead with intuition and adaptability, enhancing teamwork, resolving conflicts, and creating positive outcomes in collaborative environments.

This session will equip you with the skills to lead with both power and grace, turning every interaction with your equine partner and human team mates into a lesson in negotiation and leadership.
