In 2017, she founded Virtual A Team, a virtual services agency helping overwhelmed coaches and consultants achieve these goals in their own lives.

Sometimes the best gifts come wrapped in ugly paper. That was the kind of gift Nicole received when her 17 y/o son was killed in a car crash. Realizing there was no way to return the gift, Nicole decided to open it up and see what was inside.
Through this experience, Nicole discovered her purpose in life: to encourage others to make time for what matters most. It’s not about the size of your bank account but the wealth of your life that matters in the end.
